We have had A.E. Michaels install wood flooring in our kitchen, dining area, and main hallway about 3 years ago. They have installed carpet in our living room and our stairway to the upstairs and to the downstairs.
Most recently we had them install a ceramic laminate in the foyer of our home. The laminate installers noticed the slightest of drooping at the lip of one of the stairs which we had never noticed. In fact even after he pointed it out to us, it was difficult for us to really see it. I told him, that he must have great eye sight, He said "I have been doing flooring for years and I notice the slightest of things". He did not even ask, he just went ahead and took care of it even though he was here to install the laminate and he was not the one who installed the carpet.
